The Company History

Pyramid Technologies & Engineering LLP was established in September of 2003 as a Limited Liability Partnership qualified through the District of Columbia’s Office of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Corporations Division.  As a Minority and Veteran owned organization, we promote diversity for the general workforce and a commitment to achieve mission objectives.  The company maintains a principle office in a HUBZone (Historically Underutilized Business Zone) located in Washington, DC.  The HUBZone program stimulates economic development and creates jobs in urban and rural communities by employing staff who live in a HUBZone.  The Partnership is charged to achieve and maintain one primary vision, to stay focused on the task of providing accurate solutions to IT problems that reduce mission readiness.

The company is composed of a team of professionals with a focus on project management, consulting, network design, network operations, intrusion detection, requirements analysis, technical surveys, technical demonstrations, applications design, installation, implementation, client training, and close support.  Our presentation skills both written and oral are solid.  We are effective mediators between programmers, end users, and clients.  Our strength is one that promotes teamwork, positive results for our customer’s mission needs, and maintaining an up to date knowledge base on the latest technology trends.

Pyramid News

  • October 2008 Audit:  District of Columbia's Department of Employment Services Tax Division found Pyramid's accounting practices and procedures compliant with all rules and regulations.

  • November 2008 Efforts:  Pyramid Commercial Services kicked off.

  • December 2008 Efforts:  Pyramid is selected to provide R&D support for a solar garment development project.

  • December 2008 Qualification:  Pyramid is Accredited through the Better Business Bureau.

  • February 2009 Efforts:  Pyramid places Full Time Equivalents on a Federal Contract to support MS SharePoint.

  • August 2009 Efforts:  Pyramid Lab established at Carroll Avenue in Takoma Park MD.
